Ad-hoc versus Projects
We are fully versed with the recruitment of individuals for smaller organisations as well as high volume projects. Our staff have comprehensive experience managing recruitment programmes across four continents and multiple sectors including sourcing Doctors, Nurses and Allied Health Professionals as well as senior/executive level appointments and a range of professionals within the healthcare sector who fall outside of the clinical arena.
All of our recruitment activity is managed according to strict parameters and adherence to our comprehensive project management structure which has been established over a number of decades. Each project/programme enables us to evaluate our processes and we endeavour to incorporate any feedback to further strengthen our already robust process.
Marketing and International Events
We conduct and also attend healthcare sector specific job fairs and events globally on a regular basis. We conduct approximately 20+ events per year, generating approximately 15,000 – 20,000 registrations from job seekers looking for suitable opportunities worldwide. We are happy to promote and market opportunities for our clients subject to agreement on a process following suitable applicants identified at these events.
Suite of products
Below we have included more information on the products and services we are able to offer organisations who engage with us to aid in their workforce strategy.
AD-HOC RECRUITMENT
This is the process by which we work on ad-hoc vacancies, normally on a case-by-case basis. This is a standard process whereby our specialist consultants identify and screen suitable candidates against vacancies provided by our clients, whom they will then review and select for interview by telephone/video conference/Face to face where appropriate. We have arguably one of the largest databases of healthcare-specific professionals across the world.
BESPOKE PROJECT BASED RECRUITMENT
This is where we develop and engage a project/programme to identify suitable candidates across a targeted location(s) pre-selected by us specifically for the needs of that particular client. These candidates are then pre-screened and selected to attend interview in that location. We are able to accommodate concurrent activities across the multiple locations to cover Medical, Nursing and Allied Health Professional and other extended staffing requirements.
In this instance, Corporate/HR representatives will travel to the chosen countries to interview selected candidates face-to-face. A project manager escorts the representatives to ensure the delegates representing the client are supported and comfortable whilst conducting the interviews on behalf of their organisation. We manage and coordinate ALL travel logistics on behalf of our clients to ensure a seamless project.
Once the face-to-face interviews and feedback has been discussed whilst in-country, conditional offers are made to ensure chosen candidates are secured and not lost to competitors. We then fully manage the pre-employment paperwork on behalf of our clients, providing them with the documents and information necessary to ensure licensing and visa requirements are completed, meaning candidates are able to commence in post at the earliest time.
BESPOKE INDUCTION TO THE ORGANISATION
We have the ability to work with our clients’ HR department and key corporate/medical practitioners to develop and write a bespoke induction for the organisation. This will benefit our clients in many ways, some of which are highlighted below:
- Enabling selected candidates to be kept involved and committed to whilst they are going through the process to complete professional registration / licensing, security and entry clearance visas to travel and commence in post etc
- Enabling candidates undergoing the pre-employment process to begin their “induction” to the organisation prior to their arrival. This means that candidates arrive familiar with the protocols and are able to commence in post with far greater confidence
- Enables candidates to speed up their contribution to the organisation immediately following commencement as fully acclimatised members of staff
